The best/cheapest place for auto repairs??

Where is the cheapest, but a good place, to get repairs to a used car. Ford Taurus, 2001, air conditioner won’t work, engine doesn’t sound right when the fan is on. Thanks. :-) )

your local vocational school where they teach auto mechanics & repair. they will do it pretty much for cost, and you can be sure they aren’t going to rip you off, and the instructor is there to make sure it’s done correctly.
they learn to cheat the customer AFTER they get out in the ‘biz’.
